  • Nope!
    This program was specifically designed to be done anywhere — at home, outside, or while traveling. All you need is a resistance band, a foam roller, and a little space to move.

  • You’ll need:

    • 1 long resistance band (or power band)

    • 1 foam roller

    Don’t have these? No worries. We have a Starting Strength Kit in the store and can send these directly to you.

  • Each session takes about 30–40 minutes, including the movement prep. You can fit it into a lunch break, early morning, or evening wind-down — whenever works best for you.

  • Perfect — this was made for you.
    The program starts with 2 sessions a week and builds gradually. Every movement is clearly explained, and you’ll be encouraged to move with intention, not intensity.

  • Not quite!
    Starting Strength uses just a band and bodyweight, making it ideal for travel or getting started. Foundational Strength is dumbbell-based, with more strength volume. Some people like to do this one first, then graduate to the dumbbell version.

  • You’ll immediately get access to your personal Member Site, which includes:

    You’ll also receive weekly support emails to help keep you on track.
